"Went out to look for a specific hair spray for the past few days. I walked into this store.(#3758) Matthew was his name he saw me walk in and few minutes about to walk back out. He took the time to stop us and look up if there may be a store that is close by had the item I was looking for. We found out that didn't have, but it was nice to have him take to he time to try."
"This CVS struggles mightily to actually receive and fill faxed or called in prescriptions. Their process is clearly broken and they don’t seem to care. I’ve been dealing with this location for > 15 years and they get worse each time. Amazed that CVS allows the lying, incompetence and indifference to continue."
"Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a CVS Pharmacy. You go through the drive-thru and you can't hear the young lady at the window I asked her politely to please speak up her next words I could not understand nor hear. I asked for a manager to have the volume turned up heathens quoted to me that there was no volume control. She refused to speak any louder. Forcing myself to go inside to pick up my wife's prescription. I am handicapped and I have a difficult time getting in and out of my vehicle. I don't enjoy that. I find most of those people there are rude, uncaring unsympathetic and unwilling to help you most of the time. Don't get me started on trying to call the pharmacy that's a nightmare in itself."
"I had a prescription from the Doc sent there. I went by to pick it up. Woman said they didn't have anything. I said ok, here is the paperwork and she didn't care one bit. She was not willing to help at all! CVS, is this really how you treat people?"
"I don't usually post bad reviews, but I would avoid this pharmacy. My doctor faxed in a prescription to this pharmacy, received a confirmation that it was received and I went to pick it up and they said it never got there. Okay, things happen. I went to my doctor's office and they resent it. I called the pharmacy the next day (good luck connecting to a human being, horrid phone options) and the same thing happened. Well, they said, sometimes the fax doesn't work. Could they call us? My answer was no and my doctor sent the fax to another pharmacy and my script was ready in 45 minutes."
