"Be very careful if you intend to join this gym. Owner Joseph Maresca is not someone who cares about his members. He wants the extra money of multiple members, but then limits times and days you can go. There is also an odor that has not been taken care of, despite multiple complaints."

"I train here 3 days a week. Great trainers, great equipment, and great clientele who appreciate proper gym etiquette. (No one sits in the leg press machine sending out texts.) Clean and well maintained. I have trained at Equinox, Lifetime, Gold’s and others, and this is the best by far. Truly, it feels more like a welcoming club than a commercial gym. Far and away the best in the Palm Beach area."
