"What a horrible place. The care is substandard. The management doesn't know what they are doing. They may as well be a retail outlet selling healthcare instead of providing it. The 5th floor manager is unqualified and inefficient with no knowledge of what it takes to run a hospital unit. The staff is poorly trained and the manager seems to forget what she was hired to do. Always making excuses for why things don't get done instead of doing it herself covering up for the unqualified people that work there. Do yourself a favor if you are sick go to another healthcare facility"
"Want to die??? Go here! Went to the ER in HORRIBLE PAIN and after they ran a bunch of tests, they sent me home with NO diagnosis and NO solution. NEVER saw a doctor. ER Nurse just kept saying, "Maybe we should do this test BUT I'll need to get a DR. approval." Nurse obviously had NO clue which is why she's NOT a DR. I wasn't even in the house after being released from the ER, and my HORRIBLE PAIN came back. Only thing I got out of this is a NICE BIG BILL that I disputed, and yet they still want MORE money. It's NOT enough for them that they got $$$ tens of thousands of dollars $$$ from my insurance company. GREEDY, HORRIBLE people on the back end of this hospital and INEPT care on the front end. A REALLY BAD COMBO! Stay away!"
"I went to imperial point hospital emergency room last night for a urinary retention and abdominal pain issue and received the absolute best care that I ever could have imagined. The ER nurse Erica is one of the most professional friendly and knowledgeable medical professionals I have ever experienced and the entire staff there could not have been more friendly, attentive, professional and kind. I felt very cared for from the moment I got there to the moment I left. I highly recommend this facility for any of your emergency or other medical needs. It was a wonderful experience and I am so grateful for their help towards my urinary tract diagnosis treatment and recovery."
