"I was shopping in Marshall today, Dec 2, around 12:30. I had an issue with a price that I needed resolved. A cashier called the Store Manager on duty. An angel with a big smile arrived. The name on her name tag read Janet J. I explained the discrepancy and showed her what I was talking about. She listened to what I had to say without interrupting me and she said she understood and she would be happy to take care of it. I got my $4.26 refund. It really made my day. Now adays every penny counts. I don’t know if you’ll see this Janet, but you made an old lady smile today. Thank you"
"Very nice store with a large variety of products at surprisingly low prices. Just wish the products weren't so scattered throughout the store. Mens bathroom products are near the checkout line, while womens products are across the store against the back wall. It's a little aggravating, but nonetheless... Ladies, their throw blankets are so soft you can get lost and trip into a nap right on the shelf."
