"Called, never went to voicemail, nobody picked up. Rang for 2 minutes. Did this twice. Not a great look for a company that manages the most expensive asset one might own. They called me back. They have a four hour return the call policy. The reason nobody picks up is because it rolls from one person to the next. Nobody was able to pick up because the entire office was in a meeting."
"This company is a scam beware of Jenn. We gave them an 1,800 deposit they told us we couldn't renew our lease. Kept our deposit then charged us another 4,000. For nothing they are thieves and horrible people."
