"Just got dropped off after work. Asked to use the restroom. Lady behind the counter nervously an quickly said we don't have a key. like I was some homeless guy off the street trying to do drugs or something . when I'm in here twice a week to refill my medication. An get dropped off here 5 days a week to Lyft home. I never use the restroom with buying something on my way out . I'll be taking my business to Walgreens from here on out . No wonder they have low stars."

"Just got a call from the CVS pharmacy on The corner of 54 and Rowan Road and they’re telling me that I have a prescription ready that I picked up two days ago the guy wanted to argue with me and I I told him already had that prescription he said hold on and let me give you to the pharmacist I told him I don’t even know why you’re calling me I was in there on the 13th I was about ninth in line and the girls all they were doing was bickering arguing about how they wanted to walk out how they were so upset and here we are the customers sitting here waiting and waiting and waiting I was there for almost an hour to pick up some Scripts that they told me to pick up at 6:30 but it was almost 730 when I picked them up , I went up to the counter the first time the lady took my name and started to fill a prescription and I asked her a question and she got snotty with me so I snapped back at her and I said look lady I just asked a question but she transferred me to somebody else she didn’t want to deal with me anymore and then that girl walked off and started doing something else and I walked back up to the line I was the last one to get served and the guy asked me what do you need I said I’m here to pick up some prescriptions for my wife that just had surgery and he had to ask me my name and everything all over again because I was just totally blown off So needless to say here’s the review I really really hate giving them the one star they didn’t earn and they don’t deserve it but because of The way it’s formatted and I can’t give them zero stars or negative stars which I would really like to do. So lets just say I gave them -2 stars. So I’m transferring my prescriptions right now to another pharmacy and it won’t be another CVS so hope you miss out on my money ha ha"

"This new system of leaving a message and not being able to speak to a pharmacist is a joke. When they do call back, I didn’t even get an accurate answer to my question as it is. Seriously pathetic."

"The pharmacy staff has covid, short handed, understaffed, and never fills at a reasonable turn around! Get meds elsewhere!!!!!Avoid this CVS, your life may depend on it! Update 2: 8/21/22 This location will tell you to come back later despite standing in their lobby asking for service asking for help regarding your prescriptions! One of the biggest reasons this location is always swamped is because they have people come back later as opposed to taking care of the issue as it presents itself while a customer is already on its property, even if you are standing in line in the lobby! This is not about a staffing issue, this is about an inherently toxic pattern! Even with a new pharmacist at this location as of 3 weeks ago! Avoid at all cost!"
