"I feel really bad for pharmacist and their staff because of how these big companies cut hours which has so many problems. By always running on a skeleton crew after time the employees lose the ability to be patient, understanding, and kind. Its not their fault. Its quite disturbing to witness pharmacist so stressed and angry. Its to much and im no longer going to get my prescriptions from cvs."

"Truly dislike knowing how efficient a fast moving pharmacy can run. Knowledgeable of how important it is to treat patients with courtesy and respect in the care community is imperative. A fast moving pharmacy can handle many tasks at once being able to accurately identify any errors. So that the patients we served were well taken care of. This place is on dire straits. When you phone them you’re on hold for long lengths of time when you do speak with someone they are short and most times seemingly don’t care. Just a few days ago I called to find out why they keep filling prescriptions that are not on auto refill. They told me oh, we’re sorry. Since then, I’ve changed almost all (with 2 exceptions) my prescriptions to another pharmacy."

"NOT TO BE CONFUSED with CVS at Target! Outrageous prices! Never again if can be avoided. We were charged $19.99 (after $1 discount - woohoo!) for Delsym 12 hr Cough Relief 5oz. Learned next day that prices at Walmart and Target are $13.87, $6.12 below CVS discount price! Gimme a break! Even high-priced Walgreens is less by $3, at 16.99. Disturbing, but lesson learned. See photographs of CVS receipt and Walmart email."

"Its very sad how belittling some of the female pharmacy staff at this location treat people. I was in a serious car accident, am waiting on 2 big surgeries, & unfortunately am now disabled for life. The accident wasn't my fault, but EVERY month, when I have to get pain medicine, I am treated like a drug addict, spoken to harshly, & most months I have to wait a week, in debilitating pain, for them to get my meds. People in the pharmacy industry should be trained on EMPATHY and CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is NO PLACE for rudeness, or looks of disgust when u hand them a prescription for pain. I'm hurting enough physically & emotionally, without having to tolerate a judgmental staff. I hate being made to feel like a drug addict EVERY month. I would try another pharmacy, but not all places take Good RX. & when someone nearly takes YOUR life in a car accident-you don't expect to be treated like a monster for needing medicine. Please teach ur staff to TRY to comfort people who are in pain, scared, & who need (& PAY FOR) medicine at their pharmacy. Please teach your pharmacy assistants/staff EMPATHY. I DREAD going here every month. (&, I am NOT a person who writes bad reviews.)"
