"THEFTS This Baptist urgent care are big robbers! ROBBERS!! They don’t care about the people but the money! I came several days after a car accident, for just very simple pain, they charged to my car insurance and me a deductible for more than $2,000 only to take my blood pressure and a nurse talking to me about what happened I refused to let them do anything ! Because I realized they just wanted my car insurance information A WAY TO MAKE MONEY!!"
"This Baptist facility is simply amazing. It’s a relatively new location, but what sets this Baptist facility apart from other locations is the staff. Everyone at this facility is kind, courteous, attentive and caring. I visited the orthopedics department and I was just blown away at the level of care they provided. Thank you all very much."
"I don't know where to begin. If you call you will be left on hold until you give up. If you show up you will encounter a staff that puts maximum effort into not doing a damn thing than anything else. They conveniently take your insurance if it's an easy fast and profitable to them. At the first sign of needing to lift a finger, they tell you they no longer take your insurance. This is the worst I have ever been treated by any established business of any profession. Do yourself a favor and avoid the stress, the lies to your face, and just go somewhere else."
"My mothers appointment for Petscan was at 8:30 Am as stated on the email confirmation. We arrived at 8:15am as told to arrive 15 mins prior. Now we were told that her appt is at 9:30Am. This is absolutely unacceptable as she was having to do fasting since the night prior."
