"My wife and I purchased a mattress on 9/4. We were promised delivery in 2-3 weeks. At the end of three weeks I called and was told that my mattress would arrive the following Friday with delivery likely on Saturday. When I didn't hear anything on Friday, I called. Was promised a call back. No call back, so I called again after 5 hours. Long story was that they didn't know when I would have a mattress but promised to call on Monday with more information. They did call on Monday but could not give me a time frame for getting the mattress that I had paid for. They offered to give me a discount and a "loaner" mattress, but I opted for a refund which they did immediately. Some of this may have been out of the control of Mattresses & More, but they should have been more up front about delays in delivery. They were prompt with a refund when requested."
"Awesome service. They actually had a bed that I have been wanting to try, very knowledgeable and awesome staff as well. They carry Dreamcloud and Nectar beds. Price matching as well. Will recommend if you're in the area, I drove from Tampa!"
