"The girl with purple hair and a nose piercing at the window gave really bad service. I ordered a stuffed croissant, but it was burnt. When I went back to tell her, she seemed confused and reluctantly gave me a new one, which turned out to be frozen. It's disappointing to see such low-quality food and service, especially when the restaurant has so many bad reviews. I spent money for something I can’t eat.. what a disappointment"
"I don’t know what was wrong today (1:25pm 11/8/23) but the service was pretty horrible and staff were unorganized. I mobile order at least a few minutes ahead, but despite the empty restaurant, the wait was at least 15 minutes in the drive through with only one person in front of me. When I get to the window I saw my drink had not even been started(they’ve had minimum 15 minutes) only to receive it completely unstirred and burnt bread. So sad because I love dunkin and I come to this location to get better food and service than the other Oviedo location."
"Had the turkey sausage egg and cheese croissant, and it was pretty good. It wasn't very assaulty at all. The sourdough breakfast sandwich was also very good. The chin coffee was nicely flavored with cinnamon. And the young lady behind the counter was very hospitable."
"Unfortunately, this the second time I’ve been to this location for nearly the same order and both times it was very underwhelming. The bacon, in particular, was barely heated. It was a soggy, greasy, unenjoyable piece of meat. Honestly, it was if they took it out of the packaging and microwaved it for a few seconds. I’ve had the snackin bacon at other locations and this location just doesn’t seem to care about the product they hand out. It’s unfortunate."
