"Terribly disappointed. We usually eat at the restaurant and have a good experience. Today we did carry out and it was HORRIBLE. The chili “bowls” were filled halfway, we literally filled one bowl with both portions. If the drive wasn’t 15 minutes I would ask for my money back."

"The service was rushed,they were basically kicking us out. Find it very rude, The waiter kept on forgetting the food would bring part of the order as you can see my son had tender with no fries and when asked of can make an extra order he said the kitchen was closed, my other son had wings as well no fries the fries were cold, took so long to bring it they finished there wings and tenders. My food was over cooked somehow he forgot sauce after going back kitchen 4 times. Maybe if wasn’t trying to rush us out wouldn’t forget the order."

"So we lived in Texas for many years, and believe it or not, Texas Roadhouse is all over Texas and typically packed for dinner every day. We used to eat at Texas Roadhouse in Texas, and always enjoyed it. We’ve given this venue here in Oviedo a try multiple times now, and it’s certainly our last try. For the price paid, there’s simply too many other places that have better execution in central Florida to continue trying this place. The steak is ok, but all of my family members said the same thing, the steak I cook is far superior, so we’ll just eat steak at home. The staff were friendly here, but just very slow. The onion appetizer was so salty we couldn’t eat much of it. Even the bread and cinnamon butter wasn’t the same as back in Texas. This time around we also got the country fried chicken (which was on point), the largest Ft Worth Ribeye, ribs, NY Strip. For the money, I recommend one of the many other steakhouses around that aren’t so chain-like, and have more consistency."

"My boyfriend and I love Texas Roadhouse we frequent the orange city location. And even give out TRH gift cards our to friends!!! I had my best friend meet me for dinner and I was excited to see her we sat at the bar “for better service”. I also had her bf join. After a couple of single Jameson neats I switched over to beer which is what I always do after 2 single neats. The draft glasses had a super nasty after taste!!!! So I ask the bartender if he could switch it for a Jameson instead (obi I was going to pay the price difference) he said No way! so asked for bottle yuengling instead, they only had a Yuengling flight and it was flat!!! I order a rare ribeye and it came out medium well!!! My friends were done w their meal way before mine arrived! At the end after they refuse to serve my friends and I. They gave the couple next to us (which I guess are their regulars) free shots and free meals and let them walk out with their drinks! Lol You can see on the pictures attached they let them walk out with a full jumbo margarita and the husband w a tall draft blue moon! (Even the guy in the background is in shock) How are you gunna cut us off but let your regulars drive home w open containers? If you’re gunna play “ethical” Then you need to be fair! Incredibly rude!"
