MISSION BBQ is a patriotic and community-focused restaurant located in Oviedo, Florida. Our mission is to serve authentic, mouth-watering all-American food to honor and support those who protect and serve our country. From our young men and women in uniform to our local Police, Firefighters, and First Responders, we have the utmost respect for those who make our community a better place to live.
Since opening our doors in 2011, MISSION BBQ has donated over $25,000,000 to vital charities and organizations that support our heroes. Our General Manager in Robinson, PA, Jimi, exemplifies our values by prioritizing the needs of our teammates above his own, showing true leadership and humility.
We take inspiration from individuals like Tom Glenn, who was on the last helicopter to leave Saigon during Operation Frequent Wind in 1975. These stories of selflessness and service drive us to give back to those who sacrifice so much for our freedom.

"I’m a TX Girl visiting FL. And let me tell you, WOW!! This is some DELICIOUS BBQ!! & Trust me, I KNOW My BBQ! They do NOT over price their food. They have Good portions. The country & patriotic like atmosphere, makes me miss home (TX). I Love how they Honor ALL the Active/Inactive Service Members/Hometown Heroes. Those who protect, serve and save. The ONLY thing I wish they had was potato salad & Coke products. I Most DEFINITELY Recommend Coming HERE!!"
"By far, the BEST customer service I've experienced since moving to Oviedo 7 months ago. My husband and I felt so welcomed in this establishment that caters to the military community. As Veterans, it was very refreshing. Leanne is a fantastic host! The food was superb! I had their brisket, cheesy potatoes, and blueberry cobbler. I was given all the sauces to try and a sample Bread Pudding. The food was fresh, very tasty, and packaged well. I will definitely be returning and recommend you support them as they support our Service Members."
"I’ve been to this location before, and I just never took the time to do a true review. This establishment definitely caters to the veteran as of course, it is their purpose of existing. The whole establishment goes out of their way to treat everyone with the same respect. It makes it such a great place to have a meal. The inside is always clean and the staff is always on top of servicing the dining area . The trash is never overflowing, and whoever the location manager is, must do a great job with their team for everyone to always be in such a good mood, and it seemed very genuine. Tonight we tried the sliced brisket and pulled pork along with a few of the sides, and across the board every single time it is always great! The variety of barbecue sauce goes along way and every time I visit I experiment with a new combination. The collard greens at this location is probably hands-down my favorite thing on the menu and I get them every time I visit. Today we added baked beans, corn on the cob, and banana puddin’. I don’t think you have to play it safe here. If you’re someone who is afraid to experiment I think this is the best place to test your faith in food. Take a chance on whatever it is you may think you want to try-I have no doubt it would be worth it."
