"There is no house in the area that compares to The Good Life River House, whether it be location, features, or amenities. Located directly on the Santé Fe river where you can swim, fish, kayak, canoe, and dive - with access to the many springs. High Spring’s offers old Florida charm, with antiquing and some nice restaurants also. Each bedroom has their own bathroom, and great living area for a small or large gathering and very dog friendly I love photography, so being nestled amongst the trees and on the river allows for all kinds of nature shots. I highly suggest this property, whether to just sit back and relax…. Or to take in all that this area of Florida offers."

"They have thought of everything with this Florida-style home on the river! They didn’t forget one detail when making the house. From 3 bed 3 bath to a beautiful kitchen with nearly any appliance to great areas to gather and relax…it is a vacation worth taking. Out of the back gate is a ramp where many people canoed from and the kids had a blast using a net to catch crawfish and baby catfish. The fireplace was great for s’mores and the patio table hosted our family dinners. We were planning our next vacation at The Good Life River House before we left."

"The home is amazing! Comfortable and everything you need. The river is behind the property with tubes available The kids played darts in the rec room and we had s’mores at night. We were in town for a Gator game the drive is easy. You know it is a great trip when everyone is planning to go again."

"We were so lucky to find The Good Life River House for our trip. It's the perfect location to visit the springs in the area as well as going in to Gainesville for football and other sporting events. Located on the beautiful Santa Fe river, the house has everything your group needs. Every detail has been thought of (including 3 different ways to make coffee!!!) and you'll love the house so much you won't want to leave. The bedrooms provide privacy and there's ample space to be together and to find alone time. The outdoor patio provides places for eating, reading and playing games. The kitchen has everything you need, but because of all the great restaurants in High Springs, you may not even end up cooking! (HIGHLY recommend bringing Prohibition Pizza back to the house and enjoying it there) We paddled, hiked, did some bird watching and enjoyed a football game in Gainesville, but wish we had stayed longer and had a chance to use the floats...next time as we'll definitely be back. Excellent hosts - 5+ stars!"
