"The manager of this store needs to be replaced or at the very least given a wake-up call. Mess laying around, trip hazards, uninspiring. Used to love going to this store. I am very mindful of staff shortages but there is no excuse for Corporate to disregard customer safety, they need to do spot checks on stores and see for themselves what staff are doing and not doing."

"Very disappointed with my experience. I went to the store to grab some things and was met with complete disrespect from the cashier. I waited in line for about 5 minutes without anyone coming to the register. I wasn’t upset and I was fine waiting ,but when the cashier came over she barely said anything and when I tried to engage in conversation she rolled her eyes at me multiple times."

"As a former employee, I have NEVER seen this store so unbelievably messy and rearranged the way it is now. It was great a year back with all the old employees that used to work there, but now it’s unfamiliar faces. (Which I understand completely). But with being in a home town to many and a shopping desire to stop by, I would highly recommend taking the extra time to drive to the other stores. When you walk in, you can see the tiredness and exhaustion on everyone’s faces, no one says anything to you when you walk in, the aisles are completely destroyed, it’s hard to find what you actually need. Where’s all the new stuff? In the back room I suppose. My girlfriend and I are going to a wedding in a few weeks and we needed some items to get ready, and all the employees argued saying that there was nothing in the backroom, but yet it was full. There’s always uboats and trash in the aisles. I don’t know who the management team is, but they need to get this under control. This is embarrassing."

"Love the DIY Tips from store manager Tiffany. She gave me great ideas to complete an outdoor project. I came in for 2 items and left spending $82. Extreamly helpful staff and clean store better than i have seen in a long time! Ive been a long term resident of highsprings and sgip here often and i have seen a night and day changw aince the new store manager has taken this location over. If your looking for your favorite items and decor go see Tiffany and her team!!!"

"They have tons of stuff. Anything from household items to groceries to holiday decorations. I gave 3 stars because the employees are not the most friendly people. If anything they seemed aggravated. Not one employee said one word to me when I first entered the store although a female employee did stare at me. At the cash register a younger gentleman cashed me out. He did ask how my day was and told me to have a great day. If it wasn't for him I'd give 1 star"
