"This locations self wash is DISGUSTING! It’s completely unsatisfactory, it’s never disinfected, let alone cleaned. There’s no words to explain the amount of dirty towels left for DAYS, hair from other pets and the awful smell in the wash room. It honestly should be evaluated for a health issue. Sickening. Went back two weeks after making this review, still disgusting."

"We were in hear earlier this week and took home a few trees from the garden center. We were also fortunate enough to come by while Charlie was working who totally took care of us and was extremely knowledgeable. He takes a lot of pride in caring for all the plants and customers, they are lucky to have him!"

"Every time I come in to this location for something BASIC that you’d expect a Tractor Supply to have, they don’t have it. They keep the store packed with junk that no one needs, meanwhile their electrical and plumbing sections are extremely limited. What they do have seems to always be under stocked. I originally was excited for this store to open due to my thinking that it would lessen my trips to Lowe’s 20 minutes away. No longer going to even bother coming here. Update: Once again, two weeks after my initial review, stopped in again for something basic, foil tape/metal tape for duct work. Of course they didn’t have it…."

"BEWARE.....TSC in Branford, Lake City and High Springs are ripping people off and won't price match what other TSC stores are charging for items. Feed is priced 3 to 5 dollars higher per bag and they refuse to match the price of their other locations. If pressed about it the managers will argue with you, which is so unprofessional and the worst in customer service. I will no longer buy anything at these locations. Called the headquarters of TSC and advised them of these issues. To date nothing has been done to correct this policy. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT TSC DOES NOT HAVE UNIFORM PRICING? It is infuriating! I will buy my feed elsewhere and warn others about these underhanded corporate policies of TSC."

"The store isn’t stocked or ready for business yet. It’s new and is mostly a pet food store for now. I keep stopping every time I need something but I had to stop going in there bc I have to go to another store 6 miles away to find what I want. Maybe this location should send the mailers out when the store is fully stocked and ready for business. I’m very unhappy about this store and probably won’t even bother returning."
