"This is an okay place to live. I am going into my third lease here and its fine. I do ask however that the wifi connection/availability is fixed in the entire complex and especially the STUDY ROOM. The lack of wifi in the study room is infuriating and makes no sense as you would hope to be able to access school resources via the internet in the designated study space."

"The manager says they try to contact me is fake. I leave this comments after contact them several times and get no positive feedback. They send me email and say they can’t help me bc it is out of our work hour. The only way is to call the police. Anyway, not recommend at all ( btw my friend has to sleep with ear plug every night) This is the most terrible apartment In Gainesville. The apartment is super noisy ( the air condition system, someone plays basketball at 3am) and the manager doesn’t provide any help to solve the big noise. The only solution they provide is you can call the police. Not recommend to anyone."

"Firstly the management is terrible. Took them ages to accept my sublease. The mattresses are extremely uncomfortable. If you live in the first floor you will live with cockroaches. The pool is always dirty. From what I saw, all they care about is money. But the rooms were quite spacious and I liked the location and the bus stop."

"Don’t live here! They don’t care about the current residents! They just want you to sign the lease! 1. When assign the leasing in mid-July, this apartment promised residents a $200 gift card for signing the lease. However, the gift card is never delivered until now (mid-October). 2. The wifi is terrible and broken down for many current residents. If you complain, they will say because it is free and ask you to contact the internet company in your own. They don’t care about residents at all. 3. Some of their staff have really terrible manner even when they try to convince you renew the leasing."

"At the very beginning, I applied for this apartment in March 2022 and paid the deposit. Everything looked fine until I received a notification that told me the floor plan I applied for was out of stock without any explanation or apology in May. If the floor plan was not available, shouldn't you tell me before I pay the deposit? Otherwise, what's the point of deposit??? Due to its location, I accepted the new floor plan and moved in. My room was on the first floor. The AC units are just next to my windows. VERY LOUD ALL THE TIME. In the first week, a staff came and asked if everything went well. I reported the noise issue but have never received ANY feedback. How funny. If you wouldn't do anything, why pretend like you care? Some aspects are good such as the location. And some staff are nice and helpful. But the management is absolutely horrible and I don't recommend this place."
