"Window ac with no good aircirculation in the house. Bathrooms are always damp. No dishwasher. Walls are with mold. Brown liquid seep from the floor tiles as well drips from the wall. Made a complaint, they just clean it up. Maintenance is good and people are polite. That's the only good thing. The apartments are not worth the money."

"I've lived here for nearly 3 years while repeatedly asking to fix these issues at no end. There's black mold on almost every ceiling and continuously comes back the manager will put some paint on it for you. The pipes and building is from the 1940s and the pipes condition is unsuitable for drinking water failed the pH test when it sent my whole family to the emergency room. The water backs up in every drain and the work orders will show up and then switch to completed without ever seeing maintenance. The doors don't fit therefore there's no privacy in your own home. They were asked 6 months ago to fix a single drawer in the apartment and they have yet to appear at all. The nastiest part however is the manager she repeatedly discriminates against our family because her tour is in front of our apartment, even though there are 5 or more bikes other than mine by the apartment she attempts to intimidate us to move ours without any reasonable accommodations. Her maintenance will drive in front of your child's home cursing and when you speak against it she will ask you to be kinder to the maintenance speaking hate slurs to your own children. I feel this is a clear representation of the Collier company that she represents with no concern to the tenants whatsoever."

"If I can give zero star I will. Very unprofessional and rude staff member. I had initially applied and my application was rejected. Suddenly they want me to pay double the application fee after getting rejected or they will send the claim to collections. I never signed a lease or gave a security deposit, now they are claiming I owe them money. This is a money grab and scam company! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I WOULD BE CONTACTING MY LAWYERS!!!"

"Update: Anthony took over as the new property manager in November and it has been a smooth transition. He has been super nice and helpful and worked with my husband and I on a lease extension due to a delay with getting occupancy to our house. My husband and I have been living here for a little over a year and Nettie is an amazing property manager!! Whenever we go into the office we are always greeted by our first name and she really takes the time to make sure we have no concerns and even gives us treats for our cats. The maintenance team is also on top of everything and promptly get any issues taken care of. Travis recently started working in the office and he has been extremely helpful and nice!!"
