"Our pool looks great! When we were getting quotes David price was a lot less than the other two. Plus we were getting pavers and salt system in our base price. We did upgrade and had David install a heater. Once the pool was started all went well. We never knew the day that work was scheduled. I would had preferred to know. But understand weather and other circumstances dictate when contractors are available. Our pool was completed in 4 months from when they first dug the hole. David does ask for draws up front, we were not use to that and it did make us worry. But can understand from being a builder and people not always paying. All the contractors did a great job, and were efficient. We would recommend Home Pardise Pools and have posted pictures on Facebook."
"Thanks for finally sending someone out to fix the leak found in our underwater umbrella hole (2 months ago). However, your guys advised us NOT to use the umbrella stand because it would just leak again. We specifically had this feature written into our contract plans so that we could have shade while in our pool. My Husband has sent text messages to David and called your office and has yet to receive a response on next steps to get this resolved. I've called myself as well and havent receive a call back. This seems to be the only way Home Paradise Pools staff communicates...when there is an issue "in public". Please contact us to get our underwater umbrella feature fixed. Bradly Boyer Lauren Boyer"
