"Rob from the pines stores was very knowledgeable and kind. I was looking for a porcelain tile that resembled marble and he new exactly what I was looking for. He even gave me a contact for a man who bends laminate floor to make the nose steps. Not to mention the delivery free is $150 bucks cheaper then floor and decor and other retail giants. "The sales person in the store, Alex, was a pleasure to deal with. He was low key and very knowledgeable. We contracted for 1500 sq feet of a beautiful, 32” porcelain tile, to be installed 2 weeks later. Alex was on top of everything. Jason, the installer, came with 2 other hard working men, and in four days my floor was in. The job is gorgeous and the installers were neat, clean and very accommodating. They had to move some heavy furniture and did it with a smile. We are so happy with our decision to go with Alex at Dolphin."
