"I just visited the Pembroke Pines Floor and Decor for the first time today.Mr. Reece Mumford was the associate who assisted my husband and me as we searched for wall and floor tiles for a small home project. He was patient as we selected and then changed our minds regarding tile choices. He was knowledgeable about the products and professional. When there was not enough of one of the tiles we wanted in stock, he made repeated phone calls in order to locate another branch that has the tiles we wanted. We appreciated this. We were very pleased with our first experience at the store."

She was amazing she went out-of-the-way to help me after hours and hours of calling and calling and trying to find a tile that I bought six months ago that it’s out of order in such short period of time a product can be out of order. So frustrated! Floor and decor needs to better the phone customer service!"

She was knowledgeable and friendly and patient. I would recommend this route to anyone working on a home project!!"
"You better have 1-2hours of your time for pick up an order. There is no way to invest less time in this task in there. And this is not just one time experience we work a lot with this company because their products but their pick up department no good at all, even if you make the pickup scheduled by one day in advance there is no way to be a good experience. Improve please improve !"
