"The best caring doctor ever. ❤️"
"Dr Nicole Torres was a good pediatrician while in office for an appointment. When sending her messages of concern about my child and his health, the responses were never in a reasonable time frame (over a week) Her office is worst! They don’t know what they’re doing or how to follow through on referring patients to specialist. I had to do it all and do their work for them. I saw her partner Dr Shah because I wanted to stay with the same group. Her response time was worst! When I call, the Drs are not aval but will get back to me. I wrote to her a medical concern over 2 months ago and I’m still waiting for a response. Changed pediatricians because that is unacceptable."
"Best pediatrician in Miami by leaps and bounds! We have been taking our daughter there since 4 (yes 4) pediatricians could figure out what was wrong. She listens well and addresses all your needs. Plus being part of the UM network she can escalate you to an internal specialist ASAP. It is actually a joy to go there. Thanks dr Torres and the rest of the pediatricians at UHealth!"
"Dr. Torres is super friendly and listens and answers any concerns. She is very caring towards our toddler and gives us helpful feedback to keep him healthy. My husband and I liked her so much we switched our teenager to her as well. She made him feel super comfortable and we have been 100% satisfied with the care she provides for our boys. I recommend her to any parent looking for a pediatrician for their baby."
"Scheduling was done with weeks in advance. A day before the appointment it was requested to reschedule, because the office messed up (Dr. was at the office, it was not an emergency or anything like that) Dr. simply “don’t see certain types of patients at the time you are scheduled for”. Office staff was extremely unprofessional and rude."
