"Dr Smayda, his assistant, and Regan the hygienist all made my experience great! I’ve been to a few other dentists both in Gainesville and Orlando and truly never had such thorough care done for my mouth (and even neck, jaw and thyroid checked! So thorough!). My teeth felt amazing after my cleaning and I felt like I was in great hands. The front desk ladies were also great at working with my insurance to make my out of network benefits work out and scheduling so quickly. The process made me more likely to want to come back every 6 months since it was so seamless! Highly recommended!!"

"They told me that they are in network with my insurance when in fact they are not in network with my insurance. Liars! They are not in network with any insurance. But they don't tell you that, they say "oh we take the benefits that your insurance provides". That is misrepresenting information. Also they did a procedure on me when in fact I needed a different one. They just want your money and they don't care. Stay away!"
