"i got my teeth cleaned one time here, and was supposed to get referred to an oral surgeon and come back to get another cleaning, i got into a car accident before my second teeth cleaning appointment and tried to reach out leaving voicemails, with no one returning my calls. I never received any follow up regarding my oral surgeon. I even had my orthodontist reach out and they claim they have no records of me!"
