"Excellent service. They performed emergency oral surgery on me yesterday to remove a severely inflamed wisdom tooth. I was happy and grateful that they allowed me to be seen with their busy schedule. The staff was helpful, pleasant, kind, and professional. The only reason I am leaving 4 stars and not 5 stars is because when I asked if I was allowed to keep my wisdom tooth they said "No, it is a biohazard." I should have offered payment to have them clean and disinfect the tooth, but my girlfriend insisted that we leave. LET US KEEP OUR TEETH!"

"If you set up a payment plan with them, and you use the recurring auto-pay feature on their online portal, it will keep charging you forever! Even if you have already paid off the original charge. They make you manually cancel online recurring payments. They charged me an extra 2000 dollars without my knowledge, and now they have to send me a refund check. I'm sure they do this to skim some extra money off people who don't know any better or have enough money they don't notice or care."

"The College of Dentistry was great with me, filling my cavities, deep cleaning my teeth, performing a root canal and a crown amongst other things. They also gave me a discount on costs and worked with me. The students and faculty were great. Periodontal and Prosthodontics have been great, too. The cleanings are great and very professional. They referred me to see Grad Operatives last year, but I never heard from them. I called and left a few voice mails but never heard back. Months later and they still have not called me. All Periodontal can do is put a referral in and transfer me to that department. I have an issue with a tooth that's just going to become worse. Another referral over a month ago now, me calling and leaving two voicemails, still no response or call. So I'm stuck with a growing issue with a tooth and have to make a decision to go elsewhere. I really have no choice. So despite the positive experience I have had with UF dentistry, the lack of communication (months and not responding) is ridiculous."

"Unprofessional, gives false information about what is or isn’t covered, about what your insurance will cover or if in or out of network even. I was told by multiple staff members that everything was covered 100% but now I’m receiving bills and no one will call me back. It took 5 calls for their patient advocate to call me back (horrible sign) and the director doesn’t return calls because she’s too busy they say. It’s frustrating and exhausting to deal with this facility. Avoid if able."
