"Low income apartments that aren't advertised as such. I applied for a 3bd that was available in May. Paid 170 for two applications fees, received an email the next day stating I would be added to a waiting list. On the website it stated the 3bd would be available in May which was perfect. I replied to the email stating I needed an apartment in May not to be added to a waiting list. I received a call the next day and was told I made to much even though no where on the website or advertisement that the apartments are income restricted. The apartment manager also said I didn't qualify for other reasons however I never would have applied if there were income limitations. I believe this company is running a bait and switch scam in order to receive high application fee amounts. It's pretty easy to deny someone something once you have there money. I will dispute the charge with my bank."

"I am a current resident here for going on 3 years now. Natasha by far is one of the best landlord I’ve had. She will work with you and even refer you to assistance programs for rental assistance everyone is the front office is welcoming and work hard to fix any issues you may have."
"I want to say that I only give this place a 2 star because my daughter learned how to walk here and we lived here for 2 years back when it was decent BUT every single time I would put in a maintenance request they would maybe show up 6 months later… keep in mind I lived here for 2 years and in that 2 years my dishwasher worked 1 time only for about a week. The bugs are bad there but I had traps out so I rarely seen one in my apartment unless they started working on another apartment then they would come out of the walls. I liked my apartment but the place has gone downhill even from when I lived there 5 years ago… and don’t even get me started on the fact that even if you apply online, they will tell you that you’re approved but there’s a wait list. I waited 9 long months and I was desperate when they called and told me I could finally move in. I would not recommend these apartments."
