The grounds are well kept and the amenities are very nice, especially the gym. The apartment itself is so nice and the appliances are up to date. "My husband and I moved in about 5 months ago. So far it’s been a great experience!We love walking around the lake with our dog. We have made a lot of new neighbor friends. The apartments are spacious and for the price they are worth it. Trust me we’ve lived in multiple tampa apartments from tampa area to Brandon and this is the best we have found at a decent rate. I’ve had very little experience with bugs here. I have only seen one or two and that was in the processing of unpacking boxes(boxes bring bugs). The apartment was very clean when we moved in. We have a dog and we have not had any bug issues with his food or treats. This is Florida so we expect a few during the rain but I haven’t really seen much at all and I see they spray regularly. Everyone who works here is so kind! We love visiting the office to chat! Our dog loves to get treats and pets from everyone there.We’ve had maintenance come by a few times for things and they come very quick and are super nice as well. The one thing that would make this place better is if we could fish the lake! That would give it 6 stars!"
"I've been here for over 2 years and I can honestly say this is the best apartment complex I've ever experienced. The pool is great, the amenities fun, and the people who work here have always been nice. All communities have periodic issues, it's inescapable, but this place handles it with grace and professionalism."
