"This hotel has an unfortunate position between several loud roads. Even though we were on the " quiet side", road noise was still quite evident as were the barking dogs on our floor. Perhaps the hotel should designate that certain floors are pet friendly. Our suite was spacious and fairly clean, however the air conditioning was EXTREMELY loud and blew directly on our heads when we were in bed. Moreover, our bed was soft and very well used and the pillows were weirdly lumpy. That bedding needs an upgrade! With all this, we didn't sleep well during our 2 night stay. On the plus side, bartender Nate was a joy and has a great voice! I'm the future, wewill find other hotels in this area."

"Super clean room and very comfortable beds. Free parking and no issue finding a spot. The check in and check out were made through the app, very smoothly. It's in the outskirts of Tampa but that's what we were looking for. Really recommend it."

"My family had the worst experience staying at this hotel. We paid almost $200 a night to stay there for bed bugs— my husband back is full of bites from the bed bugs, awful smell of weed even though this is suppose to be a “ non smoking hotel”, housekeeping did not clean our room for over a week, you pay for breakfast for your omelette to come out completely burnt and cold… I forgot to mention the fire alarm went off for over an hour with no communication on what was going on. You communicate these things with the manager and she simply says “there’s nothing I can do about it”, we were traveling with a four month old baby did not expect to have such a bad experience especially at a Hilton hotel— which is not cheap. Will not come back nor will I ever stay with Hilton hotels again. Do not recommend."

"One night stay for a concert. Lobby is modern. Staff is very friendly and gave great recommendations for dinner. Hallways look updated and the elevator was clean. All things I take note of during any stay. The lock in the room was not aligned well and we couldn’t get the door to unlock. One of the cleaning crew saw us struggling and she showed us the trick of ramming into the door to get it to open. Since I had read from other reviews of this issue and it clearly hadn’t been fixed, I didn’t bring it up to the front desk. My #1 complaint is the smell and dampness of the room. The bedding stayed damp and the air conditioner must never dry out. The moldy, musty smell coming from the air conditioner is overwhelming!"

"The lobby smelled nice and was aesthetically friendly. The front desk staffs were friendly and naturally informative. The room felt clean and was comfortable. I had a hard time with the bed being a little harder than I like, but I believe that's a preference thing more than an issue with the bed. Drinks from the bar are very expensive (which is mostly to be expected). Overall, I would definitely stay again."
