"IF YOU HAVE AN APPT WITH HER CHANGE IT! Dr. Benson has by far the worst bedside manner of ANY Doctor I've met. Told my wife who has been suffering with a condition since 2014 that she was looking for a quick fix, and scoffed and rolled her eyes when we tried to explain. She then stated that my wifes past medical history was invalid since this was the first time she had seen her. So if you have an appt with her seriously do yourself a favor and get someone else. Only 1 star bc i couldnt choose 0."
"Dr. Benson was rude and unfriendly from the moment I walked into her office. I was referred to her by my primary doctor for PCOS and she immediately became annoyed by me for not having my records sent to her (even though her office staff said they had taken care of it) she was unhelpful and looked to me for suggestions on what to do about my PCOS. She clearly did not even review my chart or speak to me more than two minutes before she began saying I should take whatever she was prescribing me. I wrote in my paper work that I do not want to be on birth control (because I want to have a child soon) and that I have migraines and depression and do not want to take random unnesssary medications. I came to her for help and to gain a better understanding of what is going on with my body and left upset and crying. She should really read her patients paperwork before jumping down their throat, you never know who has anxiety and depression and she just makes it worse."
