"Incompetent staff. They were unable to find my lab order despite me being able to show it to them on their own website. Please use any other lab company, Quest hires incompetent, worthless staff."

"Only kiosks no one at the front. Three people waiting to drop stuff off with no idea what to due. These people waiting until a person came out to tell them to use the kiosk. Then had to wait even longer."

"No human contact to help you check in if you don't have your insurance card you're screwed God my wife answered the phone so I can give her the insurance card that I'd already typed in twice on the website to get the appointment. The gentleman who took my blood his English was broken and I had a hard time understanding what he's telling me but he did stick me one time and I didn't feel it so that's the bonus and the only reason they get a three-star."

"She got a good stick on the first try- it’s the reason they get 1 star. After waiting 25 min for my so called ‘appointment,’ they called my name and I stood up, at the same time another lady stood up and walked in. rather than ask us to clarify which one she called, the tech just slammed the door in my face. I checked the board and my name was no longer on the list. So I started knocking quietly to get her attention, they had the wrong patient. No one came. No one works the lobby so if there’s an issue, there’s no one to talk to. I had no idea what to do. I knocked quietly on the door for several minutes. No one came. Then the door opened as another patient came out, I peeked in and said I’m sorry but I need to speak with someone. And she angrily hollered at me “I am with a patient.” I’m thinking yes you are. And it’s the wrong patient. But didn’t say a word. I just stood there and waited. Two techs walked past and instead of helping they were mad at me for standing there. When she finally came over, I told her she had called my name but took the wrong person back- and she was mad at me. I tried to calm her down, to make the situation lighter, I said “I’m so sorry. It must be super hard to have to do everything yourself. They should get someone to help you so you don’t have to do everything.” She just got angrier, chewed me out, saying that is NEVER going to happen, how it’s the dumbest idea ever, how they used to do it that way, but its sooooo much better now that they don’t have anyone up front to help. I sat there and just tried not to burst into tears. I’m so tired. To the lady who interacted with me. You are skilled as a lab tech, but honestly you are awful as a person. I didn’t rush you, I didn’t get upset that you passed me by, I didn’t even get upset when you slammed the door in my face. I’m not upset now. I am just tired. Tired of being a sick person in America because this seems to be the norm instead of the exception."

"Quest went overboard with cutting costs which has made a man inefficient mess of appointments and check-in process where there is no human available to answer phones or help with check in. My appointment was offered after going through 5 mins of prompts on the phone, only to then be told the time slot was taken and to please restart the appt process. Upon arriving at the location, there are only kiosks to check in. No window, or human working outside the testing walls. To no surprise, this creates utter chaos especially with older patients who need help or have questions. Staff are friendly, just takes a lot of dealing with poor technology and a bit of anxiety to get behind the locked door to interact with a human."
