"I had a chest x-ray on Monday, it's Friday and my Dr has not received the results. I called MRI myself on Thursday and they said it had not been read yet. Since it's the weekend and a holiday I will have to incur unnecessary extra expenses at an ER or outpatient facility because I need to be treated. I would not use this facility again."

"My daughter took me for my MRI 5/20/22, the “acting” receptionist was a b****! She was rude to every person that walked in, slammed doors, was talking on a personal call complaining about other patients and how they wasted her time! Isn’t that against HIPPA laws? I witnessed some of her actions, but my daughter was witness to all of her interactions and heard her conversation regarding patients! I will never use this facility again. This female with long hair and an accent is so unprofessional she should be fired! From this person being the first impression of your company is a disgrace and YOU will lose clients! I’m also complaining to my insurance. And by the way, she was requesting a $50 co-pay from all people that came in. I don’t have a co-pay they my insurance nor was I made aware of this when the appointment was made etc."

"I called the day before to see if I needed to drink a lot of water or if there was any special instructions before my ultrasound and they told me no. I came in and they told me I needed to fast 6 hours before as well as drink a lot of water an hour before hand so I have a full bladder. I took the whole day off and thought it was all for nothing but Amy saved the day! She was a sweetheart and made sure She was able to do the ultrasound. She needs a raise for sure."

"I made an appointment a week ago for tomorrow. I had to call back TWICE bc they had my insurance wrong. Ok, whatever. Then i get text saying my appointment is at 4p tomorrow. SMH. I took the day off from work bc of this appointment and they get it wrong! SMH."
