"I'll be honest... If you're considering this pediatrician's office, have low expectations for their phone/appointment staff. They're rude. They'll be short and don't seem like they want to be there. If you can get past that fact, bring your kids here! They've always had a same-day appointment available when I need them the most. The Drs, PAs, nurses, and NPs are all amazing and do their best to take care of my kiddos. Lauren is the sweetest! If you let the front desk lady that you engage with for all of 2 minutes turn you off to this place you're missing out on some great pediatric care. Don't forget who you make the appointment for in the first place"

"After some awful experiences at a local urgent care, I have to give love to our regular pediatricians here!! Not only have they consistently found an opening to see my kids as soon as possible. Today, we walked in at 8:15 am, hoping to get in, and they took us right away. The staff was professional and efficient. The doctor listened to our concerns and asked plenty of questions. We’ve seen different doctors when we come in for openings, and virtually every one has been great with my kids—16, 11, & 4 years of age. My toddler has never been afraid here, even when they have given her shots! That’s huge to me."

"Other than a couple rude front staff, the facility is super clean, inviting and the doctors and physicians are so helpful, kind, patient, will willingly answer any questions my daughter or I may have. We didnt feel like "just a number". Highly recommend."

"Wow! If I could put NO stars for this review I would.. The woman I just got off the phone with at this office was EXTREMELY rude! Speaking over me and even tried to rush me so she could hang up! She set my daughter's appointment without my "ok" and then proceeded to ask "is there anything else I can help you with?" .. So irritating. After we were all set setting the appointment for my daughter, I thanked her and told her to have a good day ... Her response was "uh huh" then hung up!! I called right back to speak to the manager but she keeps putting me on hold KNOWING it wasn't her I wanted to speak with.. I'll try again later. If I don't get through, well here it is!!"
