"The service was really good, the staff is friendly and attentive and the place is very clean! Despite the fact that the clinic is always full and it's not such a big space, they have all the things needed and their organizing system is very effective, everything moves quickly. It makes you feel that your time is also valued! I felt comfortable from the first moment. Thank you all for the amazing job, patience and professionalism! I recommend it 100%!"

"This is my first time ever leaving a review. This entire place deserves 100 stars. The receptionist with the red hair is sweet and helpful and always had a smile. The whole staff are the most friendliest people. I was shocked at how busy it was, but now I understand why. I had the same nurse throughout my appointments and procedure, her name was Denise. She helped me so much at keeping me calm and even making me laugh, she showed me much kindness and patience. The day of the procedure my nerves were thru the roof but everyone did such a good job at calming the environment. Dr Applegatee is super chill and also patient and answers all questions, no matter how dumb you think they are he gives much needed reassurance. It was also comforting to have to have 2 female nurses with the doctor during the procedure. The older lady doctor was also so sweet and reassuring. I can’t say enough great things. The whole team is amazing and solid. I wish I had everyone’s name because every single person deserves recognition! I will forever recommend this office to everyone. And thank you so much to the entire incredible team at Eve medical."

"The place is clean, they provided good service. The price is the same as most of the clinics ( about $600). My major issue was the organization. They asked you to complete a lot of papers which can be done in advance if they were to send it to us. Only one of the ladies (young red hair)at the frontdesk was really annoying. She asked you why you are coming and made you repeat it 2-3 times louder and louder. We all come for the same thing, we all feel ashamed to do it, so I don't think it's necessary. She always has a little smile when she does it. Also, for each appointment they make you wait 2-3 hours before to see somebody for 5 mins max.... It's too long...."

"Full transparency, at first I did not like the place. my first impression was a red head in the front desk that needs an attitude adjustment. On top of this none of the staff spoke fluently which made communication hard to understand, and when you don’t understand what they’re saying they all get an attitude with you. This was my first impression. When I finally got called in for my ultrasound the girl was completely fluent in English which made the communication much better. I was a little emotional and she was patient with me and did not start the ultrasound until I talked through all my feelings and she answered all my questions, and the answers she didn’t know she assured me the doctor would. My experience with Dr. Applegate was the same. He was patient and explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions as promised by the ultrasound tech. Her and the Dr made the experience much more calm and less emotional for me. When I went in to do the surgical the ultrasound tech was there and explained that she would be doing an ultrasound while Dr. Applegate performed the surgical, there was also another sweet lady in the room who was also very nice I just didn’t understand her because of language barrier. During the procedure I was soothed and reminded to breathe and even heard the Dr say we were almost done which was also soothing to know that they were giving me their full attention even while performing surgery. The place is clean and even smells clean. I just wanted to put this out there for anyone that goes here, don’t get discouraged if at first your getting a bad vibe. The most important thing for me was the people in the room with me during my procedure and they went past my expectations."

"The front desk lady was kind of rude when I first got there and it made me almost regret coming to this clinic but once I made it to the back the nurses that took my blood and my ultrasound were very nice and respectful. The doctor as well is very chill and nice. I also loved how they were able to treat me as soon as possible instead of making me wait like planned parenthood was going to. I would recommended this place to friends/family."
