"At first there was some confusion as to the purpose of my visit. Though I thought I was there for repair of my torn earlobe & was prepped with bib & bagged instruments in place, the visit was really for him to assess and then schedule the surgery. Having worked on the administrative side of the medical field (and even in an ENT office) for many years, I actually saw some humor and was not at all upset - especially since I was treated very professionally yet personable at the same time. I trust Dr. Requena and his staff and highly recommend them."
"Horrible service. Was seen an hour after my scheduled appointment only for the doctor to take one look in my ear tell me to go to cvs and left the room within less than 5 minutes. When I called to request a refund or discount I was told they were supposed to hearing test me (they didn’t) and they still refused to refund me the cost of the virtually non-existent visit. They also have predatory ads on their office walls giving false and fearful information about hearing loss. Overall this place is a scam."
