"HORRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION! I couldn't sign the up-front forms on my computer and lost much of the data that I entered. I received many texts and emails asking me to arrive 15 minutes prior to my 9am appointment. I arrived at 8:45am and the door was locked and the lights were off. I called the main number (for all locations), listened to hold music for a few minutes, and then instantly heard a "beep," presumably to leave a voice mail message. I finally saw someone walking inside the office at 8:52am so I knocked on the door and the receptionist let me in. I was the first appointment of the day and wasn't taken back until 9:20am. The (very nice) technician explained that she needed time to set up the room. If that's the case, why was I booked for 9am? Anyway, you never get a second chance to make a good first impression. I definitely won't be back."
