"I was referred here by the VA for THERAPY but the nurse practitioner psychiatrist insisted we talk first (not nessasary). After 10min of [very personal] questions, I was informed that I should consider medications... I insisted I was only there for therapy/counsling, not psychiatric work. I was informed I could have my name added for therapy on my way out...... 2 months after that appointment, I received a call from the psychiatrist following up... I informed him/her I simply needed therapy, and I was never put on their therapy list. Doesn't seem like a professional facility. Don't recommend. Potential pill mill."
"I'm never going back there so many times I went there and they told me my insurance cancel and they canceled my visit and everything and now they said that if I don't show up they're going to discharge me will discharge me cuz you ain't do nothing for me"
"Only good experience I had here was with their NP (she was awesome) and that's just because Dr Zaidi wasn't in for the day. Front desk people were consistently standoffish, sometimes combative. Meeting with Dr Zaidi was genuinely awkward. He mostly doesnt really say anything unless prompted, but was otherwise very pushy and inattentive to patient preferences or feedback. I genuinely feel bad for people who come here for addiction-related treatment."

"Dr. Zaidi is great; professional and an active listener. Only issue was that My son had a bit of a hard time understanding him due to his accent. Also; beware the office manager..shes a loose cannon. Generally Friendly and cheerful.. but has a BAD temper & will go off on patients and staff alike. Also, prepare to wait for an extended period, busy or not- theres always a long wait."
