MD Now Urgent Care - Pinellas Park

"I took my dad in because his ingrown toe nail was bothering him to the point he was limping. I was told by the provider that she doesn’t do remove toe nail. I asked if she can numb his toe and cut the nail little at the corner to relieve the pressure. She said she doesn’t do digital numbing? How do you repair a laceration on a finger or toe then? After asking her to help him repeatedly, she said she would do it but no anesthesia (despite the excruciating pain he was in) because then she would have to document it? I had enough and just wanted the copay refund at that point. They refused and said she did the assessment??? I’m sorry what assessment? Looking and saying no was your assessment? She didn’t even do a basic physical exam to even claim the assessment."

"I just visited MD Now Urgent Care and if I could give this facility and their employees here 10 Stars I would. Without doubt ...the most caring and compassionate medical people in an urgent care facility I have ever met. Both Diamond Green and Jennifer Drake are extremely polite, friendly, and helpful, while still being professional and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Kenneth Lee is the PA at the facility and again... Professional, kind, took his time with explanations and just a very caring medical individual. In my opinion he is top notch as are the other staff. I would say to all ...don't waste your time going to another urgent care this is the one that you want ....hands down. I would highly recommend this facility... without any hesitation...these caregivers are the best of the Best..and I am so glad I found them and will never go to another urgent Care again. "Very quick service. Front desk employees were kind and very helpful. Definitely recommend checking in online before showing up, that will save you time. Not many people when I went so was seen by Doctor very quickly and got prescribed the items I needed to get back healthy. Would definitely recommend and would return myself."

"Thank Goodness that MD Now Urgent Care was open on Christmas Day! This was the first time we have needed them and despite being Christmas they were there. They got me in and out very quickly. They answered all my questions and were so Wonderful!! I highly recommend them to anyone that might need their help! The doctor was so Professional and the staff was very Polite and Professional too!! They sent my Rx right to the Pharmacy. Thank you again!"

"They were fast thorough and efficient. The staff were thoughtful and considerate. The waiting room had plenty of tissues and cold mini waterbottles. I came straight from work and needed that. The PA really took his time with me and diagnosing me. Ordered me the medicine I needed and even something I didn't realize I needed. My discharge papers were perfect and easy to read and the PA even included a worm note without me asking for it. Excellent visit and I am a nurse so I would know."
