"I had my knee MRI done at this facility in January 2024. I arrived a little bit late yet. They were very pleasant and got me ready for my MRI right away. I did not wait at all. The MRI technician was Very professional with great customer skills. He made me feel comfortable and make sure I was all set. I was told that my MRI desk will be ready within a half an hour. About five minutes later I had my desk in my hands. I just couldn’t be happier. Thank you for doing great job."

"Scheduled an appointment for 4:50pm, I arrived early because there is always paper work to be done. Once I arrived was told they scheduled me at 4:50 for paper work and my appointment was really for 5:00, but I would not be seen until 5:10 at the earliest. *Please remember a Patients time is valuable too...don't waste it please."

"Sat in waiting area for 45 minutes. They did not have the prescription for the MRI. They knew that when I checked in. After the 45 minutes they told me they had to reschedule the MRI. When I called doctors office to cancel appointment for the next day they informed me that that never recovered a call for the missing prescription. The staff told me they called and were told the office would send it. The staff told me that when they got the prescription that I would have to wait till all the other appointments were done before I could be done since it was after. That did scan me after the guy who came in after me. If I have a choice I will never us any of the TBI centers. This one lazy office has ruined it for them all."

"My experience was very good. The front office staff was extremely helpful. I arrived timely to my appointment at 6:30pm. I completed the paperwork then was escorted back to change and have the MRI. The tech was very courteous and checked on me throughout the procedure to assure I was doing well. I even struggled to find my keys and they were very helpful looking everywhere to assist me. After all I had locked them in my car, which caused me to need to wait on roadside service and she helped me to relax. I would recommend this facility to friends. A. Wilkins"
