"What to say about Morthan Cheese? It is a great take on cheese delight, Brazilian style. The owner is usually the one tending to it so he is totally involved and invested in the business. The raclette cheese used for the dishes is actually a Swiss traditional cheese and it's a must. After eating it go to Switzerland and have raclette, especially in fondue. You'll thank me later. The service is great and the environment too. It's a stand inside Plant Street Market and you can seat in any available table inside or outside."
