"This has been the most stressful disappointing remodel job we ever had done. We signed contracts on 5/3/24 and the job is still not finished. From wrong items to shoddy work to such poor customer service, I don’t know what was worst. The price for a 5x8 bathroom remodel was so high you would expect a pristine job in record time. Not so. Look elsewhere"

"This company does not follow through with what they say. They ghost you, they even left their samples at the house. They took up my time twice and because I wanted a more detailed quote, we never heard back. I called, sent texts, left messages and no one ever called back. I'm just glad I didn't sign on the spot and give them the 50% down they wanted without a more detailed quote which is what we were waiting on before we signed to make sure we were all on the same page of what was expected for what we were to agree to pay. Trust your instinct or your gut feeling & move on. WE appreciate your response that you would make it right for us to call in to discuss. We have called in several times and nothing has been done to rectify the issue."
