"We rented a 2 bedroom condo through VRBO. The available photos are not up to date. The parking is valet only and is 43$/day. The first day and a half we did not have hot water. I remember seeing this on another review of this same place, I thought it was a fluke, nope not at all and guess who doesn't care...the people at the front desk and the owners of the condo. The sheets were stained and we had to request more. So they came and just put sheets that were not stained over top of the stained ones. The whole place did not appear to have been cleaned at all and there were no cleaning supplies to clean it myself. I would never rent from this place again and it reinforces that my expectations far exceed reality when renting a place. The basics were not met, hot water and cleanliness. The amount of money we paid for a week and fees added to the stay one would think that the minimum would have been met. Do not respond to this review with more excuses as to why you think all of this was an unfortunate situation."

"Great experience. Hotel rooms are new and modern. The 7th floor rooftop is a great amenity. Will be returning. The only criticism is that shower head needed to be adjusted and the hallway carpet could use some another vacuum."

"Wont recommend doing a reservation in this place, since the moment you walk in, they want to take money away from you, this place would charge you so much money after the reservation have been made for the “amenities” such as using the pool and towel which is a ridiculous amount of money per day, not for the staying but for each day even if your not planning to use the “amenities”! the service in the pool is below awful , and not coming back ever again, and I would make sure that the people around me know how bad this place is"

"Room was nice, dirty though. No change of sheets as initially requested. Thought we booked an oceanfront room, but oceanview with smoking balcony was nicer. Parking was a racquet but accommodations conveniently located in the height of activity."
