"Nancy the scheduler is great made me feel very comfortable as I am very much claustrophobic. The front desk was very efficient and nice to me and the MRI technician was very nice and caring. I recommend this office to anyone. Thank you all for a wonderful experience."
"Staff was incredibly rude when I called and tried to set up an appointment for a mammogram. It was difficult to even get a person on the phone to speak with but when i finally did, Alicia was rude and basically made me feel stupid that my primary Dr. had ordered the wrong type of mammogram. Needless to say, I will have my primary request the proper one, but I will not be going there to get my mammogram. It’s stressful enough as it is I definitely don’t need to go somewhere that staff treat you so poorly."
"Since I passed the tender age of 40, my doctor referred me to Hollywood Diagnostic Center. The first two years of coming here was great. Now this place is a mess. From my experience, the current technician lack compassion. It’s appears she (they) are in a rush and don’t take time to care for the patient. When calling Hollywood Diagnostic, no one answers the phone. They take FOREVER TO RETURN PHONE CALLS. I’m seeking elsewhere for my next mammogram ."
"After having Mammograms at this office for over 30 years, I had to change to find a closer location to home. I called, emailed for over a month with Leanna Henderson, to release medical records. Now after 45 days, my records still have not been released. Very disappointed with the lack of assistance in this matter."
"They called me and offered an appointment at 715am, said yes, worked perfect for me. Turns out that it is 745am and nothing happens yet. I approached the lady in the front desk and she tells me the appointment is actually at 730, but they tell you to get there 15 minutes before to fill out paperwork. She then explains that she doesn't know why I'm scheduled at this time because the person that does the ultrasound doesn't starts until 8am. So I'm officially late for work."
