"Arrived today to do a Drug Test for Employment, was met with nothing but Rude employees from the moment I walked in. Was advised by a customer to sign in on the kiosk, as there was no one at reception. Upon doing so, I was the 8th and final person on their ''Standby List'' , A woman with a clipboard named ''Sylvia'' Came out, and as I was anxious about making my Drug Test, I asked her if me being the 8th and final person on the standby list would still get me seen today, she completely ignored me, then began to call out exactly 7 names , seemingly deliberately , stopping at my name, then when I say that my name was next, she says ''That's all i'm taking today, look at all these people that I have on my list.'' Very rude, left a very bad taste in my mouth, upon asking her name she also mentioned she was the supervisor. Almost as if she knew she had the power to ruin my day, and went for it. Keep up the terrible work, Sylvia! As i can see from all the other terrible reviews, you guys don't care at all about your patients."

"Booking a blood work appointment is tough—you do it online because Quest is saving or personnel. After a struggle of 30-40 minutes, I finally got one, but in 2.5 weeks later. When I arrived, there was no receptionist, just a tablet. I was five minutes late due to rain and they cancel my appointment! The staff advise me to make another online appointment. I'm switching to Lab Corp. Quest lost my business for good."

"This location doesn’t deserve any star!!! Arrived at location before 12 noon and registered as walk in. As myself and two other walk in patients are waiting for 30 minutes, an attendant comes and informs that they are not taking any walk ins for the day. We informed that we had signed up, the kiosk accepted, our names were in the list. Christal was very rude and repeated the same thing. Not seeing walk ins. They deleted our names from the list. This other elderly lady, continued waiting and after another 30 minutes left with tears in her eyes. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND!!! People needs to be treated with respect!!"

"If I could give this place 0 stars, i would. The wait is terrible. They have two front information windows with no one at the windows. You have to sign yourself into a self check- in kiosk. If you need help forget about your are on your own. They have no customer service skills. It's like your waiting in a food stamp line. I don't know who is running this place, but they need to be replaced. The manager is not doing a good job at all. I will be taking my services to lab Corp next time. Safe yourself the hassle, run from this place. I feel sorry for the elderly people, they have to receive help from the other customers waiting."

"Had an appointment and got right in, no wait. I didn’t catch my phlebotomist name but she was very nice and got a vein right away (which usually doesn’t happen with me) I started to feel faint and she called over Trudy who helped me lay down and get me a cold paper towel. They made a great team and were extremely kind and supportive. Thank you ladies!"
