"I called for an AC unit that was not blowing cold air in one of my buildings. When the tech came out to fix my AC, he stated that i needed a new AC. A total of about an hour on site and did not even look at the air handler in the rafters. The invoice stated a condenser high pressure cleaning was completed, one pound of freon was added, and a diagnostic charge for a total of $385. As you can see in the attached pictures, it was not even touched. The dirt and grime had to be dug away from the cover to exposed the screws on the bottom in order to remove it. So how can you clean the coil without removing the cover? Yes, my unit is ancient, but another company came out the next day and cleaned the coils for the air handler and condenser, and now it is working perfectly. The unit may be old, but it did not need to be replaced. Fleecing customers is not how you grow a business. You may get money in the short term, but the real money comes from repeat customers. You had one, but lost them because of your dishonesty. I will pay your invoice, but it will be the last one."

"Had mini split units installed in my home. They gave me a good price. The technicians that came to install were very friendly and quick. Everything looks and works great. My only complaint and not even their fault because I wasn’t here at beginning of install was I wish condenser was up on wall and not on walkway. But over all very satisfied."
