"I have golfed here twice in the last couple of months and had a blast each time. The carts are new with screens with GPS tracking for hole distances and scorecard. The course is sufficiently maintained and I always see people around taking care of it. The fairways are a good variety, some narrow some wide. The area is gorgeous, and I have seen all sorts of birds and even an alligator hanging around a water hazard. I will attach some of my photos here. I had lunch at the clubhouse once, and it was more than adequate American food. They were generous with the sodas and I had a new diet coke in my golf cart after I teed off which was nice."

"Do yourself a favor and visit RedTail. The layout is outstanding and the conditions were really nice. The price was amazingly affordable - especially when compared with other courses in the greater orlando area. We played it from around 6,500 and it was a tough test. You can stretch it out to over 7,000 but bring extra balls if you do."

"This is an excellent course with a friendly staff, challenging, enjoyable & scenic golf course, and sprawling layout that is a good test of accuracy. There are some tough fairways and greens. A lot of position golf, where you leave the driver in the bag. It was fun! Beautiful homes throughout. Worth the drive from Orlando."

"I just don’t understand some of the golf courses and why they make layouts like this course. The layout is extremely difficult and most golfers are not professionals and I feel like this type of course you’ve got to be 10 handicap or below to score and score well. I’ll never understand why of course has rough that you can’t find your ball in. It slows down play makes it extremely frustrating for those of us who are 15 to 25 handicap. I play a lot of different courses and have played Redtail several times because the league that I’m in is playing there and each time I say I probably will not be back. This time the rough was so bad I think I’ll keep my promise. I think that they would get a lot more players if they just made it a little more fair and where you could actually find your ball if you go Outabounds or in the rough. But the course is beautiful and could be one of the best in Central Florida with a little work."

"It could be an amazing course if they took care of it. The layout is amazing! The front 9 is in better shape than the back. The greens are really diseased on the back. And they are slooooow. The bunkers, for the most part, are not sand. They are a soft, playable dirt. The cart was old, but moved well. No GPS, but it did have USB. I didn’t use the practice facilities. I don’t think l would drive 45 minutes again to play. And l can’t recommend it in its current condition."
