First off, Drew was so professional, helpful, and knowledgeable when it came to picking out my new mattress. He helped me zero in on the exact one that would fit my needs. There was never any pushy sales approach which I have experienced in big named stores. By setting an appointment, you are the sole focus of the shop owner and he will listen to what YOU are looking for, not what HE wants to sell you. I gave him a budget, what kind of mattress I was looking for, and what size I wanted, and I brought home an amazing bed. It was incredibly easy, comforting, and had 0 hassle in taking home a mattress same day. I'm happy, but more importantly, my dogs are happy lol. No more fighting for some room with the two big idiots."
