"I haven't shopped here in a few years. The parking lot was full on a Wednesday. I immediately asked an employee walking the aisles for ladies evening dresses. Shirley responded - "Let me get you someone." Two minutes later, she introduced me to Inva who listened carefully to what I was looking for, then proceeded to show me a variety of options, most of which were of interest - I tried on 10 items, went to buy 4 at check out - the line was halfway down the store! But surprisingly, it moved pretty quick - 14 of 16 checkout stations were functioning. I texted my daughter that I had found a party outfit at Marshall's. She responded "You should have gone to Macy's, you could have had a Personal Shopper!" I responded, "I had one - Inva was my Personal Shopper.""
"We needed socks but the lines were all around the store. We politely put them back and went elsewhere. This store is usually very busy. Staff seems a little over worked. They had good inventory."
