"The place was clean, the employees were cool. The clothes were nice. I give it 3 stars because the company has the store set up in a way that was difficult for me to browse. The small and medium sizes were at the very top and the large and extra large was at the very bottom. I'm a small person and could barely reach my size. WHO IS THE GENIUS THAT CAME UP WITH THIS STORE SET UP? Fix this!"

"This is my go to Old Navy. I love it. However the experience I just had was very disappointing. I had ordered items online for in-store pickup. I walked in and the girl at the register was helping another customer. She looked over my way and whispered into her radio. This went on a few times. After she assisted the final customer she turned around and organized some hangers. She did not acknowledge me once. The assistant manager came up eventually and helped me within a few seconds. My one issue is that a simple acknowledgment that I was there and waiting would have been welcomed. A simple, “ hello, I’m unable to assist you but someone will be with your shortly” would have been enough. Simple customer service skills training would have taken an unpleasant experience and flipped it around completely. I do hope my next visit will be like ones previously. Filled with kind and helpful staff."

"2 days past the return window and refused to process it. No store credit, no exchange, no nothing just recommended me to the customer service online who were equally unhelpful. Even though I had a receipt. I explained I lived far away and the store purchase couldn't be shipped to the warehouse so I had to drive all the way out there. Its disappointing in the lack of understanding. An exception wasn't even considered, just brush me off like I wasn't a valued customer. Ironically..... I can walk in the store show up WITHOUT a receipt and get store credit, and since I bought it on sale I'd get more money than what I paid for it since its being sold for more now. But I didn't think of this til I got home. Silly me for being honest. So heads up folks, the recent change to the return policy from 45 days to 30 will make you utilize this tip, if you're outside the return window just don't show your receipt, take the store credit you'll just have to show your ID."

"Old Navy was fully stocked with lots of options for spring and summer. The stacks and racks were well organized and it was easy to find the sizes I was looking for. They had lots of sale items that were clearly marked with large signs on the tables and racks. They had a variety of shorts with differing lengths and fits. It’s nice to find a store that my daughters and I can both shop in. I prefer shorts with a 5 inch inseam and my teens wear the 3.5. I love that Old Navy has both. We also made a return from an online purchase and it was done easily at checkout."
