"AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Place is under NEW management. Windows are dirty, men’s bathroom is dirty. No prices are listed (prices are in the cashiers head) and music so loud you can’t think. Bread based cupcakes and such are on display - fresh from the day before(!) Ordered a #1 item from the menu food arrived late and cold. I’d given it a one red star for negative. Then was overcharged $26. Was not offered a receipt either. Don’t leave a tip. AVOID!!"
"The food is not that bad but the service and the wait is the worst two girls who seem not to want to work and not at all helpful or friendly, it's a shame that one comes from afar looking for a good place and supporting Latinos and they don't know how to serve and treat with kindness to the customer. I give it a 3 out of 10."
"Horrible food. You can tell my soup was put together in the heat of the moment, the meat was still red. Waited 45 minutes for the food, we were the only guests. Quesadilla was horrible over cooked beef, beans were soupie. The girl behind the counter dropped a pastry on the floor, she picked it up and put it back on the shelf. Yes, I saw it. Over priced!"
"If you are looking for Guatemalan food you may be disappointed as most dishes are actually from Mexico. Guatemalan bread is authentic though. Service is ok, our server was not very polite and actually seemed annoyed by our presence."
