"The servers outside are Great! The food prep team .. not so much. Foods always wrong. Today I finally returned to the store to let them know. Outside staff and Ali mgr were great to and resolved the matter. Customers.... Let them know if the orders not right..... They WILL FIX IT!"
"ordered my food online came to the pick up window guy named Lionel on his phone told me he didn’t care about getting my order cause he was busy texting his friend. then took the order into the back room. I do not know what happened to it. I told him I did not want it. I asked for a refund. And they said good luck"
"I'm having to jump through hoops to get a refund for charges that an employee made in error. On the morning of Oct 10, 2023 I was charged for an order that was not mine. The employee who made the error told me that she could not process a refund for me and that she would have the manager call me to get the refund processed. She took down my phone number, but I never got a call from the manager. Having not heard anything, I went back the evening of Oct 11 and was told that the only way I can get this resolved is by coming to the store when the manager is present which is between 7am and 2pm (when I have to be at work). I was told there is nothing they can do and did not even offer to take my information again so that the manager could contact me. There is no reason that it should be this difficult to get my money refunded to me when I was incorrectly charged for an employees mistake."

"First Time At This location we choose the drive through wait was not long at all, ordered Sausage Egg & Cheese Crosant, French Vanilla Hot Coffe, food was fresh & hot, Customer Service can be improved the young girl at the drive through didn't say Good morning. But I will definitely recommend and I will probably revisit."
