"I've had some wonderful experiences here, but today there seemed to be a problem with the manager on duty. I don't understand how I can come here every couple weeks to buy czar disposables , and receive the discount for buying 3+ at a time, but am told today that the brand is excluded from the deal. So 3 other workers that I've encountered and honored the discount have been doing on their own free will and not following policy? I think the manager was confused and needs to be spoken to regarding this. Guess I picked the wrong day or time of day to come to this store, because I am mindblown by today's encounter. Unfortunately I was hurting for disposable vape and ended up with a subpar brand considering I was denied the discount. Hope the deal continues to be honored in future without excluding czar."

Savannah has developed her professional nature and become a very knowledgeable and dependable person since she started here! I enjoy getting to hang out when she is on shift! We never go thirsty, or go without great conversation and movie/show selections!"

"This place has really gone downhill. I went in this afternoon to see if I can get a new atomizer for my geek vape tank and mod. The only person working there was a redhead and she knew nothing. I come into your shop because you are the pros. I don’t know what brands are. I do know what I have in my hand. I brought in the actual filter and showed her, and she still did not know what brand it was. I told her it was geek vape, she asked me which one it was I told her I wasn’t aware she couldn’t find any geek vape atomizers, so she suggested a different company. Like Valerian atomizers are not gonna fit in my alien geek. Then I think she tried selling me a whole new piece so I asked her if there’s anybody else there that I could speak with that would be able to help me she said she was the only one. So I gave her benefit of the doubt , and tried working with her. That’s when she started whipping out different companies than what I actually have. Either hire people that have the knowledge or you need to do a better job with your training. And it’s sad because this used to be a nice vape shop and now all it is is a Head shop that sells Delta 89 and 10 and vape juice nothing else. It’s sad to see what it’s become."
